LarkFest 2019 is slotted for Saturday, Sept. 21. As always, Upstate NY’s biggest outdoor street festival will feature top local, regional, and national bands, as well as an enormous selection of vendors including food, handmade goods, craft beer, art, and fun activities for all ages.
