Annual Meeting of the Membership: 2019

The Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held at Lark Hall, (351 Hudson Ave.) on Wednesday, June 26 at 5:30 p.m. We will review the BID’s activities in 2018 and to date, and discuss current and future projects, initiatives and goals for continuing to serve the merchants and residents of the Lark Street BID Corridor. This is an opportunity to network with other stakeholders in the neighborhood and learn more about how the BID is working with our community partners to further our mission of building, sustaining, and enhancing a unique and prosperous business and living environment in the Lark Street Area.

REGISTER AS A MEMBER OF THE LARK STREET BID
If you are eligible for Class A, B, C, or D Membership with the BID, please complete our online registration process. Owners of record of real property within the Lark Street BID Corridor are considered valid Members by default, so do not need to register with us in order to vote for candidates for the Board of Directors. However, owners of record may submit an application with us if desired, or if an owner of both Commercial and Residential Properties would like to change their Class from A to B or vice versa. All tenants must register with us in order to vote, and must attach a proof of their lease to the linked application.
